Stop and Read before proceeding

There are a couple misleading points on the following pages that we would like to clear up.
Do not be alarmed by this warning: “STOP! IF YOU HAVE HIRED AN EXCAVATOR TO DO WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY, PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE. By law it is the responsibility of the excavator to submit the notification.” We will also be submitting notification but we need you as the homeowner to create the first submission since you will have certain information that we do not have.
Disregard the 10 day time restriction and proceed, when we reissue the ticket it will be renewed and extended to meet our installation date.
When asked what ‘Means of Excavation’ will be used, choose option ‘Bobcat’.
