STEP 1: PERMIT
Many communities require a building permit to ensure your swimming pool installation complies with their guidelines. Your sales associate will be happy to assist you if your municipality requires the contractor to acquire the permit or provide you with support for any questions while you navigate this process.
STEP 2: REVIEW
We thrive on the excitement our customers experience during their swimming pool installation. We want our customers to have a positive experience from beginning to end. The best way to ensure your satisfaction is by reviewing the installation agreement signed at the store so that you have a good idea of what to expect… our goal is to exceed your expectations!
STEP 3: REGISTRATION
Once you have obtained an OUPS ticket number please complete the following information. You will be emailed a link which you must go to complete the registration process. All communications regarding pool installation will be sent to the provided email.
All customers are required to obtain an OUPS (Ohio Utilities Protection Service) E-dig ticket. This service is necessary to ensure all utility lines like gas, electric, water, etc. are clearly marked prior to installation. The safety of our customers and crew are our top priority! The link to the OUPS E-dig website is: www.oups.org/edig/. Please disregard statements to “Stop! If you have a hired excavator”, as you will still need to obtain a ticket even though we are performing the dig. We will obtain a ticket as well, based off of the information you provide OUPS. Once you have received your OUPS ticket number, please enter it in the designated form in order to complete your registration.
